Bagels and Belief
Pine Street continues to offer the popular adult education series called BAGELS and BELIEF beginning on October 2, 2011, at 9:40 am. It will continue on the first Sunday of each month, except for December. After the bagels, there is a presentation by one of the pastors followed by a Q and A session.
This year we will take a fresh look at some of Jesus’ key parables using J.Ellsworth Kalas’ book,“Parables from the Backside”. You may want to order a copy of the book in October. You may also order your own copy at www.cokesbury.com for $9.25.
All members are encouraged to attend.
No sign-up is required. Just show up with a hunger to learn and to eat great bagels!
