Pine Street offers members and friends the option of automatically having their pledge deducted once or twice a month from their personal bank account and deposited directly to Pine Street’s operating fund. The process is simple.
How do I sign up?
After your pledge card is received and recorded in the church financial office, a confirmation of your pledge will be sent with the form needed to sign up for E-Tithing. You will need to sign the form, giving Pine Street authority to withdraw a specified amount either once a month (the first Friday of each month) or twice a month (the first and third Friday of each month). Return this form with a voided check to the church office by December 31st.
What if I need to change the amount?
To make a change to your E-Tithe, contact the financial secretary by the Tuesday before the next payment and your request can be honored.
Why should I do this?
We are asked to give a portion of what God has given us to do His work and to give generously and regularly. By E-Tithing, Pine Street is helping you meet your pledge even when you are on vacation, or homebound by snow, or forgot your checkbook or envelope at home. Also, for those of you who mail in your pledge, you no longer need a stamp!
