Lenten Organ Recitals (2010)

Noonhour recitals are a Lenten tradition at Pine Street. All begin at 12:10 except for Ash Wednesday, and are followed by lunch at 12:35 in McCormick Hall. This year we present a varied set of artists for your enjoyment and inspiration. Each is a well-known local artist whose playing or singing is worthy of your lunch hour. The lunch is served in McCormick Hall at 12:35 and is a simple meal of bread and soup. All proceeds from this lunch go to Downtown Daily Bread, the ministry of Pine Street Church and many partner churches, to help feed the hungry and homeless of our City, which is housed at the Boyd Center across from the church on South Street. Lunch is $3.00. We cannot offer free parking for these concerts, but the South Street Garage is open and available for parking at a reasonable rate during the concerts.
