Cross and Crown

THE CROSS AND
THE CROWN

Fast Facts

The cross reminds us of Christ’s death for us, and the crown symbolizes the reward of the faithful in life after death (Revelation 2:10). It can be assumed that this is the work of Charles Booth. Before the relocation of the entrance from under the steeple [large tower] to the corner of Third and Pine Streets, this window may have been a full-length window.

Problems

  • Reinstall windows and cover with vented, protective glass.

Restoration Status
